I. Intro 1. (2 Co 2:3-4) It is important that we are whole if we are going to minister to children 2. We comfort others with the same comfort that we have received from God 3. Children are hurting and it is a great privilege to bring the love of God to them
II. The Happy Heart
1. (Jer 17:9) The heart is deceitfully wicked who can know it. Sometimes we don't even know our own hearts. We deceive ourselves and are not honest with ourselves. Smiling on the outside but hurting on the inside 2. God wants to love Him with "all of our heart" Sometimes we are afraid to open up and be honest with each other and even with God 3. Its ok to tell God anything, because He already knows anyway Read More...
We have been privileged to witness the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon children in many nations. Literally, thousands of adults and children have easily received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit through this simple teaching. He has come in a variety of ways, painting a pallet of wonderful memories! However, we believe that believing children already have the Holy Spirit living within. The baptism or infilling of the Holy Spirit just brings a new dimension of His operations in and through us. We believe that all Believers (of any age) can and should receive the Baptism of Holy Spirit—not to get to Heaven, but to have POWER on earth to witness with resurrection power. According to the Scriptures, as soon as a believer is saved, he is a candidate for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 19:2). We believe that “the promise is unto you and to your children…” Acts 2: 39a. We believe that God promises in Joel 2: 28 that in the Last Days, “I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh and your sons and your daughters will prophesy….” We present this lesson to the nations as a participator in that outpouring.
LESSON AIM:
Our aim is to clearly teach the Biblical doctrine about the HOLY SPIRIT, using simple visuals and object lessons. Our prayer is that both children and adults will:
1. Recognize and cooperate with the work of the Holy Spirit in their lives, as He makes them like Jesus. 2. Hunger to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and have faith to receive this experience. 3. Become bold witnesses for Jesus. 4. Be able to teach others about the Holy Spirit.
LESSON OUTLINE:
This lesson can be taught in three separate sessions: PART 1: The Holy Spirit is God PART 2: The Work of the Holy Spirit in Every Believer PART 3: The Baptism of the Holy Spirit PART 4: Luke 11:11-13 (to use with the invitation) Read More...
The earth reverberates under the authority of Jesus’ bold declaration in Matthew 21:13 “My house shall be called a House of Prayer”. He was quoting from Isaiah 56:7 “My house shall be called a House of Prayer for all people.” This is the day of which He was speaking. There is a stirring worldwide to PRAY!! People are gathering in stadiums, open fields, and churches. Holy Spirit is faithfully fulfilling the words of Jesus, working the desire in the hearts of all ages to pray for all people…..until we are known as “a house of prayer.”
Children are not excluded. With the onslaught of Satan’s final effort to destroy this generation, Holy Spirit is moving mightily in the hearts of children and youth in fresh and powerful ways. He is raising up youth who are fearless, full of faith, and zealous for His cause. He is giving them the yearning to know God in an intimate way and spend time listening to HIS pleasure. He is teaching them to yield to earnest intercession and strong travail, like days of old. They are making bold declarations, inspired by His Spirit. Holy Spirit is truly “raising up a standard.” Read More...
YOUTH “REVIVALISTS” and MINISTERS (Historical and modern men and women who were saved and called into the ministry as youth)
By Gwen Moffat Davis
SMITH WIGGLESWORTH
Born in 1859, he began to work in the fields at 6 years of age in England from morning till night because of the poverty of his family. At 7 years of age he began to work in a woolen mill with his brother and father. He arose at 5 AM and walked two miles to get to work by 6 AM. He worked 12 hours daily. He always had a longing to know God. He remembered kneeling in a field, asking God to help him. He remembered walking to work in a lightening storm, praying for protection. God answered.
“When I was 8 years of age, I attended a revival meeting (at my grandmother’s Weslyan Methodist Church). I can remember one Sunday morning at seven o’clock when all those simple folks were dancing around a big stove in the center of the church clapping their hands and singing: Oh, the Lamb, the bleeding Lamb The Lamb of Calvary The Lamb that was slain, That liveth again To intercede for me. As I clapped my hands and sang with them, a clear knowledge of the new birth came into my soul. I looked to the Lamb of Calvary. I believed that He loved me and had died for me……I knew I had received a new life which had come from God. I was born again…..He made the condition as simple as He possibly could---‘Only Believe’. That experience was real and I have never doubted y salvation since that day.”
He loved going to meetings but could not speak out. He had a terrible bondage. One day three older men laid hands on him and the Spirit of the Lord came upon him and he was set free. From the time of his conversion, he was a soul winner, leading his own mother to the Lord. When he was 13 years old, he preached his first sermon. When he was 16 years old he began to spend time in fasting and prayer with the Salvation Army people for the salvation of the lost. Every week they saw many born again. When he was 20 years old, he used to gather very poor boys and girls, using all of his income to buy food for them. Hundreds were getting saved. He fasted and prayed every Sunday. He never saw less than 50 people saved each week among the children, in the hospitals, on the ships, and in the Salvation Army. Read More...
ICMI is a non denominational charismatic children’s ministry. Our purpose is to bring the gospel to the children of the nations in the power of the Holy Spirit and to raise up other teachers who will do the same.
We have seen God be faithful to His promise from Joel and Acts that in the last days he would pour out His Spirit on all flesh. As the Book of Acts says the promise is for you and for your children for all who are afar off and for all who would call upon the name of the Lord. Read More...
We have taught our simple Holy Spirit lesson hundreds of times in many nations. God has blessed it and thousands of children have been baptized by the Holy Spirit as described in Acts 1 and 2. When filled with the Spirit children speak in tongues, an unknown heavenly language, often prophesy and receive power to live holy and witness to the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

"This video is the property of Latter Rain Ministries, Inc, International Children's Ministry Institute. It may be used freely to inspire a desire for revival in teachers and children. In most cases, the children are being baptized in Holy Spirit and speaking in languages unknown to them (usually for the first time). They often prayed as a group for one hour or more. In some cases, a child is prophesying (giving an utterance in their own language as inspired by God). This may not be used for resale or advertisement for any other ministry without permission. We have witnessed this type of operations in many nations since 1977. To God be the glory!!" Read More...
