School of the Spirit – January

Brother Harry Schmidt made his first visit to LRM for this annual event. His teaching on Monday & Tuesday were appreciated by all! Despite challenges in the weather nearly 70 people attended the various meetings. Wed—Fri was Spirit-led “Body Ministry,” where the people from the congregation shared from their hearts. Sister Doris Ely ministered powerfully on Friday night.

Int’l Children’s Ministry Institute began Feb. 27

Eight first-year and five second-year students registered for this year’s ICMI, with students attending from Washington, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Illinois, India, and Guatemala, Central America. Fourteen teachers (including 8 new teachers and several area ministers) are giving excellent classes. Ten part-time students are also attending. The hunger of the students makes our efforts well worth it!

Women’s Conference with Dr. Sandra Kennedy

Update-Photo-1a

The “Women in Ministry” luncheon was one of the best ever with prayer in groups and a dynamic message by our own Donna Kazenske. www.surewordministries.net Dr. Kennedy was new to us, but she won our hearts with her solid, biblically-based teaching and her friendly, approachable manner. She taught with such anointing that many
were healed just hearing the Word! See: www.sandrakennedy.org
